Slaves & Sons

As we consider the freedom that Christ came to bring this morning, what we see is that it’s not merely that He frees us, but He does something utterly unthinkable with us: He takes us from slaves and makes us sons and daughters of God. 

And that’s what I want you to see today in this passage: While sin sets us in bondage, Christ delights to set us free, not only to follow Him, but actually to become Sons and Daughters of God.
